About Louvias
A Livadia developer, building in Livadia.
Louvias Properties is a family-run developer based in Livadia, Larnaca. Since handing over Siena Residence 1 in November 2023 we have completed 10 buildings and started 5 more, almost all within a few streets of our office in the Livadia Industrial Area. We design, build and sell our own apartments, and the people you meet at a viewing are the people who will hand you the keys.
