Cookie policy

This website keeps a few small pieces of information on your device so that it works as you expect. None of them is used for analytics or advertising. Pages with a map load Google Maps, which has its own cookies.

What the site stores on your device

• Language (cookie louvias-lang, one year): the language you last read the site in, so the home page opens in it.
• Cookie choice (browser storage louvias-cookie, until you clear it): your answer to the cookie banner, so it is not shown again.
• Sign-in (browser storage louvias-session, until you sign out): keeps you signed in to your account.
• Compare list (session storage louvias-compare, until you close the tab): the apartments you chose to compare.
• Loyalty card preview (session storage lv-loy4 and lv-tier, until you close the tab): the card design and level you picked on the loyalty page.

These are strictly necessary for the features you use, so they do not need your consent.

Maps

The maps on our pages are Google Maps, as on our previous website. A map loads with the page, whatever you choose in the cookie banner: Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. If you prefer not to load Google Maps, use a browser setting or extension that blocks third-party content from google.com; the rest of the site works without the maps.

Your choice

The cookie banner records whether you accept all cookies or only the essential ones. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies; if we ever add them, they will run only after you accept all cookies, and this page will list them.

You can delete the stored information at any time in your browser settings; the site will then ask again and forget your settings.
