With great success and the presence of distinguished guests, the inauguration of Louvias Properties’ new project, Louvias Oasis No.8, recently took place in Livadia. The event marked a significant milestone for the company, which continues to affirm its commitment to quality, modern architecture, and innovation in residential construction.

Honored guests included MEP Mr. Michalis Hadjipantela, Mayor of Larnaca Andreas Vyras, President of the Larnaca EOA Mr. Angelos Hadjicharalambous, Deputy Mayor of Livadia Mr. Marios Armenis, municipal councilors, and others.

The founder and CEO of Louvias Group, Mr. Lefteris Louvias, warmly welcomed attendees and passionately spoke about the company’s vision and journey. He highlighted the hard work and dedication of the team of engineers, architects, and technicians who brought Louvias Oasis No.8 to life in just 9 months.

Louvias Oasis No.8 is not just a residential building but a project that reflects the high aesthetics and strict standards that define all Louvias Properties developments. Looking to the future, Mr. Louvias revealed that four new projects, Louvias Oasis No.9, 10, 11, and 12, are already under construction, with four more in the planning stages to further enrich the Livadia area.
