Skala Times Article

Louvias Properties is more than just a real estate company; it is a family story that lives and breathes through generations. Christodoulos Louvias, continuing the vision of his father, Lefteris, shares with us his own role in the company’s evolution, the values that keep it strong and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients.

From a modern approach to projects to a deep love for Larnaca and the Livadia community, Louvias Properties demonstrates that quality, trust and a genuine care for people and place are the true legacy that continues to build the future. After all, for Christodoulos, the real wealth of a person, as his father taught him and as he emphasizes himself, is their name!

How did you decide to join the family business?

Since I was young, I watched my father create, grow and inspire. For him, work was not just a profession but a way of life. I wanted to continue his vision while adding my own modern touch to a story full of values, creativity and love.

How do you see the new era of Louvias Properties with your participation?

I feel proud to be part of this new era for the company. I want Louvias Properties to continue reflecting the trust, quality and dedication that my father built over the years, while also evolving to consistently and carefully meet the needs of our buyers.

What is the greatest lesson you learned from your father?

My father taught me to be a person first and a businessman second. That your name is your greatest wealth.

What values keep the company strong?

I believe in the same values that have kept us strong all these years: to be genuine, to keep your word and to always deliver something you yourself would want to buy.

What innovations do you plan to introduce at Louvias Properties?

I want each of our projects to stand out not only for its quality but also for the feeling it leaves behind. It should be modern, practical and built with love.

What makes Louvias Properties unique?

Anyone who buys a home from us becomes part of our family. We are always by our clients’ side, both before and after delivery.

How do you assess the current real estate market in Larnaca?

Larnaca is changing its face and I’m happy we are part of this evolution. It’s the city where I grew up and now I see it progressing, renewing itself and gaining the dynamism it deserves.

How do you handle the growing interest from foreign investors?

Many foreign buyers are not just purchasing a home but a dream and a fresh start. I want them to feel that they belong here, that Larnaca can become their second home, a place that welcomes them with warmth, safety and trust.

Are there plans for projects involving the Livadia community?

Livadia is our home. Every project there carries emotional value because we grew up on these streets. We want to give back something beautiful to the place that raised us.

What is your biggest goal at the moment?

My goal is simple: to continue growing without losing our soul. I want each new project to reflect our values and offer true quality of life. In ten years, I hope to look back and feel proud of what we have created, not just as a company but as a family.

How do you maintain personal relationships with clients?

For me, every client is a friend. The greatest reward is seeing their smile the moment they step into their new home.

What message would you send to the youth of Larnaca?

Don’t wait for the “perfect moment.” Start with what you have and give it 100%. If you love what you do, everything else will follow.
